Join us at the Cole Art Center for a free public screening of the 2023 drama, Killers of the Flower Moon.
Presented in partnership with the Nacogdoches Public Library and Humanities Texas as part of The Big Read. This 2023 drama is based on true events, focusing on the murders of Osage members and relations in the Osage Nation after oil was discovered on tribal land in the 1920s. Nominated for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actress at the Academy Awards.
Friday Night Films are always free and open to the public. Films are sponsored by retired filmmaking professor William Arscott and the SFA Friends of the Visual Arts.
