Join us for our first Fall Fitness series at Pecan Park. Each class will be approximately 1 hour and is free of charge.
Come and test out a fitness class in a fun and relaxed outdoor environment. The last Fall Fitness in the Park is Bodyweight Burn with Joanna.
Bodyweight Burn is offered regularly on Thursdays at the Recreation Center. Come check out this class, bring a mat and be ready to use your own bodyweight to get stronger with this fun and fitness class.
