Enjoy space, comfort, and convenience all in one home! In addition to being incredibly close to campus, The Pink Pine is also only a 4 minute drive from downtown dining, shopping, and entertainment. Restaurants including Chick-fil-A and Shipley Donuts are mere steps away!
TPP offers three king sized memory foam beds and a sofa, free COVERED PARKING for 2 vehicles, 4 smart TVs, high-end amenities, and a private outdoor patio for relaxing and grilling before or after the big game.

The space

The Pink Pine has been beautifully updated with marble counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring throughout the home. Each room and space was designed with your comfort in mind. The bamboo blinds throughout the home offer excellent room darkening so you can turn in early of sleep in late (or both!).

Each bedroom offers a king size memory foam mattress so catching zzz’s is a breeze. There is a small fan and a ceiling fan in each room for your comfort and white noise needs.

The Nest thermostat allows you to customize your heating and cooling settings for the duration of your stay.

Guest access

You have full access and use of the right two carport bays for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind that the far left carport bay is reserved for our Pine a cottage guests. The Pine Cottage is directly behind the carport, so please be mindful of your headlights at night so as not to disturb our guests there.
