When Wendie Harris first came to Nacogdoches several years ago she fell in love with the city’s simple charm and quiet grace. It was the perfect place to come to from Frisco once the youngest was out of High School. The town had everything Wendie could want… except a good used book store. Well, once she had been here about 18 months she had the idea to change that. And that was the beginning of Dead Tree Dreams. A place in Nacogdoches where folks can go to buy, and sell, used books. A place to go and hang out among the books. A place to be a book nerd and not have to answer why. Good Books, And Good Company.
